nice vid....

elmac put me up on that greenpoint thrift spot......

they got madd records but........most of em are in terrible condition, not to mention digging in there is digging.....i mena u gotta move crates around just to get to some of the record shelves......

i woulnt go back though too many ill finds, just to pull the records out of the jacket and see that they look like they were wiped down with sandpaper

as for finding $hit in records.....

I found a note in a Joe Tex record I bought that was from one chick to another talking about how to bag up and sell some coke they bought....it also said no credit in big capital letters.........lol

2nd - On the dead rat/health tip....

Someone who has knowledge of mold/fungus/mildew types, and what they do to human lungs/body, should make a sticky.

I was worried when going thru a batch I got last month, and lots of them had a celtic green/forest green powdery mold on them, and I was scared to breath it in, and touch it w/ bare skin. Some molds are waay toxic.

i feel u.....i spent a good 4-5 in there and came out with about 10-20 gems, but it just hurt finding some ill $hit just to pull it out and see it was unplayable.

plus i dont stay in nyc, so i rather fumble around LES or hit academy in BK, i feel like its time better spent....and the prices arent that much more unless ur dealing with TSL.......
