They had it for 40 but dude gave it to me for 30. I think it's worth it. The record itself is in excellent condition. The cover isnt mint, but it passes for my standards.

I got a different Version of that record or they have similar cover art....it is a collectors item and Sun Ra composed/played some stuff on the record with Dick & Dale....something like that...my info is a little cloudly because I haven't checked the record in a while...I'll get more info and a pic when I get a chance.

I paid 7.99 with a 33% discount......

Yeah whenever I see comic book type shit I'm all over it.

I got a cool Commander Cody record at EDE's store the other day. Needle to the Groove. It's not exactly a comic book character but he's like an old sci fi adventure type of thing like Flash Gordon. The songs suck really bad but the cover art is cool.

If you've seen Star Wars Episode III, you might remember George Lucas named one of the characters from that movie after Commander Cody. It's one of the Clonetroopers Obi-Wan talks to a bunch of times throughout the movie.

I want that sundtrack to the 60s show too. I don't have it yet. I do have a Neil Hefti Batman record though but it's not the official soundtrack. He created the main theme for the 60s show.
