damn ive been searchin allover my kits to find it out it like a voice sound that goes like Ha Ha and sounds like its breathin a lil , anybody got it for me i hella need it fast and quick , cuz im makin a project wit some one big and i want the beat to sound hot !! holla bak if u have it , thanks

you could make it yourself and add affects to it,if you dont mind the hassle,that's IF you dont find it.

Try sampling destiny's child song ''lose my breath'' and pitch it down,because they make the the exact noise in that song you talkin about.
