I'm looking into buying a decent DJ setup so I can sample vinyl and also do some scratching/cut/fade etc.
I'm planning to buy some Technic turntables for the scratching stuff since they are highly recommended time and time again.
I'm not to sure on the mixer part since I haven't been messing with stuff too often. I've messed with the Vestax PMC-06 Pro A... but it's a bit too pricey.
I'm not sure in which portable turntable I want to buy as well or even if i really need one.. I want to start diggin so i need some advice.

As far as getting a decent mixer for cutting the price on an 06 is low. I own the 06 and it's dope for cuts but the sound quality is far from great. Expect to drop around 300 for a decent mixer unless you want to get one second hand. You may be able to find a Stanton SK series mixer for 150-200 used.
