Cool beat, anyone got some more information?

I heard this track on a promo, of an italian hiphop/mixtape kindof cd called Non Solo Roma. I read somewhere that the beat already exists, but i'm not shure. Does anybody here knows were the original beat comes from, or does anybody have the full version of this track? I only got this few seconds of promo and i don't live in italy atm so i can't buy the cd.
