got semi-busted on a cover purchase yesterday

a dollar down the drain on this, i thought it'd be a sure-fire winner:

are you kidding me? the band is called "sand," and their self-titled album has a pic of a sandwich covered in sand on it? gatefold double album, but it's a single album, got silent grooves on sides 1 and 3? WTF? It had all the ingredients for something dope, but it's only like semi workable, for a sucker like me...if something's not super obvious, I can't do anything with it but make it worse...you don't have an obvious 4 bar drum breakdown, all your instruments aren't fully panned left and right? Worthless to me LOL

GIVE IT TIME AS YOU MAKE DIFFERENT BEATS THEN COME VACK TO IT SOME OTHER DAY YOU WILL FIND WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR .

as of right now, the only thing I'm gonna use is the silent grooves...

heheh ...you could get some nice vinyl crackle sample with those.
