Can Anyone ID This 4 Bar Loop?

Hi guys, i'm trying to id this 4 bar sample.

these 2 koreangroups used it on their songs and i'm wondering if they

were the first ones to use it or if they bit it from someone else.

i'm not a really heavy digger just kinda new to this and just learning as i

go, so pardon me if i offended anyone with my request.

i gave you a clue it was "spinin-by bernard wright" it sounds like it i didnt say that was the correct sample.

and if it is that sample it has been used many times before.
