House/Acid: Suggestions?

Kind of an offshoot of the Disco thread.
I'm interested in checking out some good House/Acid tracks but don't really know where to start. Any recommendations?

Favorites were Cassius, Junior Jack, and the 2nd Justice track. The video for "Receiver" ruled too--I'm gonna have to watch that again.
I really like the 1st Daft Punk record, so it's cool that you recommended that Bangalter remix. I hadn't heard it--it sounds like a mix of the styles they used on Homework and Discovery. I've read that their early music was heavily influenced by Chicago House. I don't know too many Chicago House guys, but I like Lil Louis' "French Kiss," and also have heard and liked Phuture's "Acid Trax."
Do you know any other late '80s/early '90s Chicago House/Acid producers? Who are the seminal artists?

Yo csmealer if you want to get the good stuff on vinyl, the Soul Jazz Acid compilations are very nice (nicer than originals)

I'm listening to "Can U Feel It" right now--it's great. I'll have to check those Can You Jack comps out pretty soon, seems like prices on the originals are pretty steep.

If u want something really, really, really, old school...

listen to Theme- "S Express" or TECHNOTRONIC - "PUMP UP THE JAM"....

if im not mistaking its one of the 1st House/Techno songs... and if not then it started the spark.

There are loads of vinyl chicago compilations (Chicago trax, Jack trax etc.) They're usually pretty cheap.

if you want some good acid traxx get some latin hihphop tracks like
two in a room,andy panda,stevie b,sweet sensation,cover girls,
stuff on Cutting records,Fever, emergency,pandisc,traxx,dj international,Frr,
look for stuff like

the first technoc track to come out in the 80's was
GOOD LIFE by Inner City.

these other cats did have music out bfore IC but they were flip sides and dub versions, IC was one of the more vocal tracks that was a banger.
this record really started the craze of techno and house.

the very first techno track was made by a group called
anumber of names=sharivari was made in 80/81 check this one out

this stuff is my kind of music when i play this is what i spin nothing but classix,

man ugot me flashing back to the Eparty's i use to do back in the mid 90's

sharivari 's real it....man that song is the fucin bomb...i love it makes my blood pump....i love that bassline.
tha record goes for grip, i paid 95 bucks for it, but it's gone for way higher then 175. i got lucky really,OG press in mint condition
and it does get played on my rotation. when ever i can play a house set i play that song aswell,

Rhythim is Rhythim - Nude Photo is the bomb too, also a lot of money i paid 28 bucks for that one,DOPE SH!t

The yellow Sharevari on Cappriccio or the grey RFC? I scored on the RFC one at one of my spots, love the b side too (Skitso). I've never even seen a yellow one though, that's money.

yeah this one, if i'm not mistaken thatyellow one sounds a bit different, this was the one i was looking for , i researched this record for a while till i came upon it for 75,but with bidding and all it came out to 95-100bucks

I found it diggin for 99 cents I believe. This was years ago though.

The yellow one is the OG Detroit, but only a few hundred were made (until it was booted).

The RFC is the one to have for me because the yellow one doesn't have Skitso. It's amazing to think what year this came out.
