1. Take advantage of High sample rates when sampling. Take it all the way up to 96khz.


2. While producing use 48khz wich is cool, and still gives you the 64 voice polyphony.


3. When tracking back out, reload your track at 96 khz and take advantage again of the higher sample rate again, no worries about the polyphony since you'll either be doing 8 or 2 tracks at a time.


These tips are best suited for those tracking through analog outs, higher sample rates translate to a clearer more refined sound on the D/A. To me this is a big deal about using a 4grand over one of the other MPC's.


P.S. Most keyboard workstations are operating at 48khz.
