I checked out a few of his video's tha kids only 20,..you have to admit his skillz are pretty sick regardless of what you think of his music. I noticed he had midi assigned to specific pads on tha 2500 (not standard midi sync),..is there a way to due this on tha 4000?I.E. say I wanted to assign the F3 key on my triton to a certain pad on the 4000 while still having my internal samples assigned to there pads? I'm guessing it's in the filter/midi settings somewhere?~Reference Manuels sh*t

Easy idea the 4k has two assignments per track. Have part 1A assigned to your internal sampler for your sounds.
Then in the same track part 1B change to midi out A, B, C, D to your tritons midi in. The settings is automatically set to chromatic hit the pad assign button and set the pad to f3 and see what happens.

Just an idea I haven`t tried it but I believe it should work in a way somehow.

Nope didn't work, i'm starting to think that was a function built only on the 2500le because it was built around more midi based production and was a limited edition..thx tho bro lemme know if you run across anything

Another idea simply change your drum program
into a keygroup program and do the same as I said
before except that you have set the sample up to the
Pads no difference from 2500.
