Remember that the insides of the MPC will be hot compared to the room it is used in.
This means that no water will condense inside the MPC while it is in use.

If you cant do anthing about the humidity - then I would suggest that you store it somewhere dry while not in use.
and if the machine is very cold, (been transported in a car boot/trunk for example), let it warm up somewhere dry before you bring it into a warm humid environment.

I have seen liquid water flow out of machines that have been on a plane journey and brought straight into a hot humid club.
