OS 1.6 - worth the bother?

I've had my 4000 for a while now, with only a few niggly problems, and was wondering if it is worth upgrading to 1.6. i currently run 1.50 cos i heard a few complaints about 1.51. feedback from 1.6 users would be much appreciated!

1.50!!! That was the worst OS that was released. Akai even removed it from the web site. Update now!!!!!!!
