I bought this Kingston ram (KVR133X64C3/256 168 pins) installed it and it is NOT working daimnit.
I installed one at a time, tried different slots with no results?
What is wrong here? Any ideas?

Like MB said...the clock latency (cl) for the kingston ram you have won't work. Akai specifies that it has to be cl2 and nothing else.

Technically, the ram you purchased is actually slower than what's required. So that should give you some insight as to what's wrong.

Googled the sh1t out of this but there is no way i could have known it was cl2 in stead of cl3, it was not mentioned on the website of the shop. Too much variables to take into account. The CL2 versions are much harder to find, and also more expensive. Well i have to look for another one.

It shouldn't be hard to find tbh. Here's an example.
