Good qeustion- I thought they said they were going to come out with a display expansion, but not sure if they did?

it would be a wise choice for akai to do that, just to make sure to keep a head of the competition with the mv8000

Ahh... so MV got the screen? that cool... ahh... ofcourse... i would say that's their bonus... in serious Harddrive systems they got screens too...

Akai never mentioned anything about an external display and the 4000 will not be able to support a display with an expansion card.
