Recording in a real time

Hello!
Sorry for my language mistakes ,but I'm not English.
I have question about whether I can somehow hook up an audio interface to the MPC and the DAW sound played at different times (by a MIDI controller) was recorded at different times on the track?
For example, I would like in 2 minute record sound from VSTi plug (guitar) but I would not want to first save as a sample and then later press the pad in this moment,but only in real time?

The MPC4000 offers no feature for direct recording!

So, you will always have to record a sample first, then assign the sample to a pad and program a sequence to trigger that pad.

You can do pseudo real time recording by placing a midi note on command in the sequence first, then declare this note under the record page for midi sample record start. This way, you'll make sure that your recording is correctly placed in the sequence - in terms in time.

MIDI CONTROLLER(via USB)->DAW->playing on VST->AUDIO INTERFACE OUT->MPC IN

Is that possible to record without recording first in RECORD mode,and next to add sample to pad??
