EFX board Died...

Iam using my mpc 4k and In os 6.0
I keep getting a fatal error when I go to effects and go into th edit screen,....

I changed back to os 5.1.1 and the effect dont crash the mpc they dont even work....



So If anyone can tell me whats going on or how to fix it in someway thanks....

PLus when the efx screen mix is shown in os 6.0 it only shows 10db+
Then when you try and play with it it says 0db..

It might have gotten shaken out of the socket somehow. If you feel confident in your ability to crack the mpc open and investagate I'd do so. if not take it in to a shop and tell them that the fx board came out of it place and if the could have someone open it up and put it back in for you.

Is your mpc new? is it still under warranty? if so I wouldnt fool with it I"d just take it in to a shop off the top
