Can someonone Clarify tuning on the MPC 4000k

is +10 equivalent to one note or -10 if you want to look at it that way.

I do find the whole tuning thing of the 4k a bit OTT, but Ill get used it.

don´t know the 4000, but usually ±100 cents is one semi-tone and ±1200 cents is one octave.
