quantization query

i am trying to snap Recycled beats (cut up in Recycle and exported as .akp program files) to a quantized grid on my mpc 4000.

i would like to have access to both the original feel and the quantized version.

i have tried changing the Timing Correction value to no avail.

does anyone have some suggestions they would be willing to offer?
