Hard drive louder than usual

Is this a sign that its about to go out or is this normal. Should I be shopping for a new one. If so does anyone have any suggestions on what kind I should go with. I have one with the 60 gig hard drives that use to come with the unit. Thanks.

HD are mechanical devices so noise should be expected, my computer HD has been getting louder and louder every year but is still running. Just make sure to have everything backed up just in case.
