Putting DJ faders on the MPC 4000?

Does anyone know of any smooth DJ style faders that are compatible with MPC4000? I usually use the faders to effect the volume of a sound, and chop my sounds similar to how you would when you're DJing... but everytime i do this I feel like I'm putting an amazing amount of stress and wear on these faders.

Any solutions that will allow me to make quick / fast chops with the faders?
