getting the keygroups out of wack

every time i sample a key group it doesnt get on the pads in the correct way. the originalnote is 60 c 3 but everytime i go into the kg programs it acts shady and i cant play them on the pads correct , example the top left pad in the B pad bank is supposed to set the map and is original note , that is not the case and it is fast , as for A is supposed to be the low notes and there is high ones and f is very high pitched and e is low , how do i get it back so when i sample the pads arent all laced , this sucks making beats on the 4000 is frustrating it hasnt been in a while until this shady sheit happened , i even turned it off and on still same thing some one please help thanks O S K

I'm not sure if this is the answer your looking for but it sounds like your not using an external keyboard to play your keygroup samples. Your probably trying to use the pads on the MPC as your keyboard and want Banks A-F to play Low-High notes in order. To do this, press the Pad Assign button and at the top of the page you'll see
Global Pad Assign: Default, you want to set this to Chromatic. Now the notes will be in order on the MPC pads. If your using a midi keyboard to play your sounds then you want to set this to Default. I hope this is what you were looking for.
