MPC 4000 midi with Motif Rack

Has anyboady Midi the MPC 4000 and the Motif rack yet, just wanted to know how these to units work together.

I just got my Motif rack yesterday.

I have the Triton Studio keyboard, and I know how to select the MIDI CH. on the MPC 4000, It's simple to me working those to Machines together.

I would like to be able to use the Motif rack the same way I use the Triton.
For example: On track 1...i.e. Device 1. I would like to use a bass patch. And on track 2 i.e. Device 2 I would like to use a drum patch.

This is the same way I do it with the Triton Keyboard.

How would I go about doing this from the MPC 4000?

Or you can just tell me step by step what you do to get your MPC and Motif Rack to work together.

You have to set up a multi first, what a **** that is but now I only use one multi every time I boot up. Here's how.

Make sure you inialize you multi and name it then save it.
