I need help!

How do I quantize a beat? I've chopped up my samples, I want everything to be in synq with my main sample, but I have no idea how to synq the TC (timing). This is my first MPC and I need help synqing everything so it sounds and flows how I want it to sound. Can anybody help me? I've got all the samples I need to make a song, I just can't get them to go together. HELP!!!!

You need to take it slow homie. You've got your ideas but you don't know how to use the kit yet. There is too much you need to learn that someone can post here. If anything, read the sequencing tutorials on this site but you'ld be best off going through the manual one page at a time and learn.

I know it takes more time, I just get frustrated cuz I wanna get these ideas outta my head and onto a track. I've only really been playing with it for a week. I realize this beast of a machine isn't going to be mastered overnight. I just wanted to be able to put something together already. Thanks for the encouragement.
