Sync mpc 4000 as master to beatstep pro: 1 count time past

I have the following problem: the mpc4000 is the master, the Arturia Beatstep Pro is the slave. The beatstep pro does not snap perfectly to the mpc's count time. This means that when I move the sequence steps with the step buttons on the mpc, the beatstep is always one step behind. What settings can I try out so that they run in time? Sorry, this is a bit of a beginner's question! Many thanks for your answers!

I forgot something: when i am exactly on the timeline 1.01.000 the beatstep don't snap in correctly, but when i go with the jogsheel to the timeline 1.01.001 the beatstep is in the right position! Is this normal? Sorry for the silly explanation.
