The MPC as a sound module?

Is it possible to use the mpc4000 as a sound module? This is how I record my songs, 1st I'll make my sequences on the mpc then I'll record the audio tracks as well as the midi tracks into sonar now every so often I might make changes to the midi tracks that I have in sonar and after the changes are made I would like to playback all the midi tracks, from sonar, but with sonar hooked up to the mpc I only have access to the instrument on the selected track, is there a way to use the mpc like a sound module so that (from sonar) I'll have access to more than 1 mpc instrument at once?

but one thing that you have to remember is that with the MPC 4000, and it's internal sounds setup, you can have "Parts" or "Int-A" and "Int-B". Parts as you know are for the MPC to use internallly, tney are not tied to Midi. If you set up Part 1 to be IntA-1 and Part 2 to be IntA-2, then they should be responding on Midi Channels 1 & 2 respectively
