MPC4000 OS question

Can anyone please send me an unstuffed version of the newest OS? The one I've downloaded from the Akai site is a .bin file and my Mac won't unstuff it. I'm using Stuffit Expander 7.03 and it doesn't work for some reason.

You load the BIN file the same way you load a sample in the machine.

maybe download another one too... just in case stuffit corrupted it.

format a floppy or cd as a pc disk
copy the .bin file to it
insert it into your mpc.

reboot, and more often than not it automatically updates.

Thanks for your advise guys. I've only just bought the MPC and haven't got it running properly yet cos its still got a really old OS. I'll load it up tonight and see how we get on.
