As a complete MPC newbie I was wondering if the USB port on the rear can be linked to my Mac so I can use the hard drive on the Mac as a hard drive for the MPC. For example, can I load samples directly from the Mac into the MPC? And then save the sequence data etc back onto the mac before I shut the MPC down? And can the CD drive on the mac act as a CD drive for the MPC?
I know this is basic stuff so please bear with me. You were all newbies once
