Internal IDE Zip drive?

Ive searched and could not find.... Anyone know if I can place a zip drive in the blank 3.5" spot of the 4k?

I dont know but I think you have to remove the IDE HD if you want to put in a floppy/zip drive

Yes, you can. ZIP 250 works the best.

Not all MPC 4000 have drives installed. So he may have space to install the ZIP drive.

So if I have a 60 gig hard drive. Internal Zip for me isnt happening?

ahh ok. I love having everything in one box, one main reason I got the 4k. But i guess USB zip is my route. My 2K sequences are very important.

why don't you just copy your 2kxl sequences to a cd?
