What cables do I use to connect the MPC's stereo outs to a mixer. And what cables do I use to connect my motif es mono left and right outputs to a mixer?

Can you please give me a link so I can see what it looks like?

It all depends what kind of mixer you're talking about, do you mean a DJ mixer or a mixing console like a mackie or behringer?
