They actually sell units that sorta do that but not really good at all.....If you look in the back of magazines there is a ad in B&W for some stupid unit. The Ad looks like it was made in 1982......I forget the name..funny garbage.but the MPC or anything else won't do it!

There are techniques you can use for cutting down the sound around it though

This may help although eq'ing and re-sampling is probably the best route. Nothing is perfect and as MPC-tutor said having the original backing tracks is the definitive article.
