TRUNCATE SAMPLES QUICK?

IS THERE A WAY TOO GET TOO THE START POINT OF A SAMPLE WITH OUT USING THE JOG WHEEL WITH THE MPC 2000XL YOU HOLD SHIFT AND USE THE SLIDER TO GET THERE THE JOG WHEEEL IS COOL BUT IST TO SLOW THANKS...IF YOU NO HOW[/b]

I still do have to order mine but maybe this helps. It might be possible as with the 2000xl to set the cursor on the startingpoint and then setting the | a couple of numbers ahead. Like from 123456| to 123|456. If this is possible, you can quickly dial it.
