is my scsi harddrive from my 2kxl compatible??

i had a 2kxl.. but now its time to be one with the machine so i want to move up BUT i have a harddrive full of 2kxl .APS and .ALL files... so.. can i connect same style scsi to my MPC4K

the scsi will work, but i dunno bout the aps and all files.
