Extend Sequence from 2 bars to 4 or more?

I have a MPC 1000 at home and I am am using a MPC 4000 for a recording project right now.

I am out of town with no manual!

How do I take a 2 bar sequence and extend it to 4 or more?
I have tried a few times (guessing) but it only extended one of the tracks is there a way to extend the entire sequence?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Put cursor on BARS. Press the orange window button. In the edit field, select copy. Should be self explanatory from there.
