Only 2 Effects instead of 4 ... ?

When I come to EFFECT .. there r only 2 effects instead of 4...(as it used to be)
What happend ? how to fix problem ? ...

are you using using the 4k at 96k sample rate? I seem to remember that gives you half the fx
