I have a drumkit in a program, and i want to use velocity for the snare(Volume) but i want the kickdrum full level.

When i go to the mod matrix, and turn of the velocity for the kick drum,,,, also the velocity of the snare is turned of. How can i have different velocity settings per pad??????

Please dont tell me that function is not included :?

i ain't really sure either and don't have the 4k right here to test it but i ve read once in a 4k manual that in prog modulation you can set the mod depth (last field) for single sounds differently in a drumpg! so set it for your snare as desired, and leave it for your bd to 0!

hope that helps

Go to Step edit mode select the note which is label event 1.02.480
Note 36/A2 Duration D:100 and Velocity V:110 and edit it how you like. Use the play button or just scroll through to listen to every note. If you want to edit multiple events press shift turn the jog wheel and the paste button at the bottom turns into edit button. Press edit and now you can edit multiple duration and velocity. Hope it helps. The reference manual is a great tool too. :D

That editting in sequence mode is a ****, it should be way easier to edit velocity and duration for such an expensive machine. A new implementation for the next os:
Graphical editting possibilties for not duration and velocity on the fly.
