Transferring sample cd's and bad files

I edit my sample cd's with cd-extract, but when i transfer them via akasys to my mpc, a lot of filetransfer errors occurs. Somehow it wont load some wav.files or AKP-files, this goes even for the programs ive downloaded from the akai website..

Is anyone else having this problem>??

And what can i do about it to stop it??
