How do I record a song to a disk using the internal CD-R

I was just wondering if and how I could save a song to a disk using my internal CD-R. Also when I save songs to my zip disks when I load my songs from the zip disk The file is there but there is no sound. Am I saving them incorrectly, Loading them incorrectly or what please Help.

cdr: its in save mode! under utility - memory to cd!

if u wanna save a song its advisable to save entire memory in a sepqrate folder (it will save all multis, progs, samples, seq and songs into it)! when you upload that folder everything will be there!

1st of all I dont see memory to CD when I click on utility and secondly you mean for me to create a new folder and then save everything under that folder?

1. press save mode and scroll over to memory to cd! if you got a cdr in the 4k it should be there! well, on my one it is so...
