I hope this is a newbie problem..

Hi all,

I'm having a problem with a specific sample.
It's around 4 secs long.
When I press the pad to play it, it doesnt start from the start of the sample but instead the 4k skips the first 1-2 or 3000 samples. When I play it in the sample window it sounds fine.
I don't have this problem with other samples.
What could cause this problem?
The filter is set to off and the start point in the zone window is set to 0000.
There are no FX routing either. The programs out is set to multi (just like I always do)
Any ideas?

Try to extract the region/trim in sample edit menu.
Set the attack of the sample to zero in the program menu.

I forgot to look at the attack level which was set to 1.
