Ak.sys error ERROR: File not found?

! Ak.sys ERROR: File not found.(name of sample)
I get this message each time I try to edit a sample from within Ak.sys what am I doing wrong? The samples are in my machine and I can load samples from my Mac into my MPC but not vice versa. Anybody
