VGA mod for 4k?

Anyone know if this is at all possible?
VGA output was a option on the "94" 3000 anyway to reverse engineer
and apply to the 4000?

Yeah I was having lunch with Quincy Jones last week, and he said he was have that mod done to his machine.

This gotta be a first one cuz never in my life I have seen a clown with mpc,.
How bout focus and master one thing before you move on to another, cuz clearly both clowning and beat making is not working for you at the same time.

After talking to the two leading Akai repair shops on the west coast it seems like a VGA mod for the 4k is out of the question. It seems that if you want VGA your better off going MPC 3K w/vga or MV 8800..

There might be a possibility of getting the same kind of dot gray scale screen the 4k has but bigger, but I do not know the screen part number of the 4k so I don't know where to start.

Anybody have this info??

whatever you do, don't start by looking in the MPC4000 Service Manual. That would just be crazy.
