yeah, I think it's pretty random, I had a few issues when I first got mines, then I just messed with the sensitivity and my laying technique, hasn't been much of a problem, i'm sure replacing sensors would help, I had similar double triggering on my EMU PX-7 from time to time
we'll see if bazziman's new sensor do the trick
