USB Keyboard

i cant really do that coz i got an external zip drive conected to my mpc.

Is there like a special USB conection which allows u to conect 2 inputs into one? for example my zip drive and a keyboard both being conected to my mpc?

That's an interesting question you just asked. Has anyone used a hub on their front panel USB port?

To connect several USB devices to a single port, you get a USB hub. They're available in all sorts, from two-port to 8-port flavors. The bigger ones need their own power, the smaller ones often feed off the power available on the USB port. Costs somewhere between $20 and $60.

But make sure you can try before you buy. Some hubs could not work, just like some keyboards don't.

I have a D-Link USB hub and it works great. I can connect a mega steno, an external USB hard disk, a qwerty keyboard etc .. all to the same port.

Tho the USB connectioon on the front of the MPC is really poor. It will break soon I guess.. What an odd place to build an USB port

i dont think it would put any pressure on the mpc coz of its cable
