However I've found two different RAM PC100 on Amazon at different prices. Both Kingston thought teh more expensive one is "Low-Profile". What does that mean?

Would either one work?
Also isn't the PIN important as well?
I haven't heard that being mentioned here.

Make sure the form factor of whatever you are buying will fit into your 4000. There is a significant difference between desktop RAM and Notebook RAM -- they are not interchangeable.

The pictures you posted are of laptop memory. You need desktop memory.
