Anyway..the saga continues. For anyone interested I uploaded the sysex specs to chat gpt and I've been getting it to write me Linux apps to batch process Programs on my Z8/Z4. There is a sysex command to rotate the jogwheel one click so if you want to add your favourite mod matrix assignments to 100 progs or whatever, that's the way to do it.
Also chat gpt has been writing for me knobs, buttons and sliders for my Electra One control surface, only just scratching the surface of Lua though.
I'm no programmer so anything you might want to ask me, I'd ask chat gpt first but happy to help if I can.
