4K DOESN'T LOAD TO MAIN WINDOW WHEN I TURN IT ON!!!!!

ok guys, so i've been using tha 4k for about 3 years and not once has this happened, i'm thinking its the hard disk? i don't know i'm kinda freakin here, if anyone has any advice or suggestions that would be much appreciated. And one more thing...has this happened to anyone b4?? and should i be worried?!?!?! THANKS YA'LL

Well, grab a screwdriver and get busy.

Naw, but seriously, open it up and see if it is the hd. But before you do that, you might want to see what ak.sys shows when you open it up.

If you haven't used ak.sys before, it displays all the internal properties of the machine of course.

thanks man, but how can i get the files without using aksys? and i tried to run aksys but it won't recognize the drive, i know its hard drive definitely. I can get the hard drive out but what would i need to transfer the files? some sort of adapter attached to the hard drive or plug straight into my computers motherboard? I'VE GOTTTA GET THOSE FILES!! if i can just get those files out i can get a sick hard drive no problem and transfer everything back.... damn man...any help would be appreciated dawg.....

I just send my unit in to be repair and I`m getting it back tomorrow. I suggest you do the same. Get it repaired.
