Auditioning sounds directly from hard drive?

Does anyone know if this feature is available yet on version 1.33?  I'm pretty sure that this is a feature advertised on the Akai website for the 4000......  ???[/color]

akai is promising lots of things but they're in the pipeline of promises. they will deliver though because the 4k is their most kick ass product.

hey thought i'd make my presence known,i'm new to this site and new to the mpc4k!never owned an mpc before this,i was working in logic audio for years!love the mpc4k!

akai told me that audition direct off hd should be on 1.35 which is a few months overdue! [/color]

akai is whack, and the fact that sales of the 2000xl went up after the release of the 4000 despite the price remaining almost the same is evidence of how whack. hey, lets go ask pete rock what he uses?
