Sounds like bull$ to me. I'm not too well versed on how the 5k operates, but it sounds to me like you just had a GC employee who didn't know what they were talking about. Don't let the ignorance of one employee influence your opinion of the whole company. On the other hand, if that is what he has been trained to say......ugh.

nah, but keygroups are probably coming for the 5000, even though they will be a proprietary pgm format specifically for the 5000 and will thus have to be individually created IN the 5000...which will be a time consuming process.

lame. sometimes when i have to call GC i enjoy just asking them questions pretending to have no experience just to see what they say. it's great fun when you get a live one.
