Just curious about this...
This question may be out of place so sorry if it upsets anyone.
I watched this utube vid of this guy who sampled his entire Triton with a program called
Auto Sampler the samples were then converted into Logic's EXS24 format. Supposedly it take's 90% of the work out of sampling a keyboard, modual, softsynth, or drum machine.
Anyway dude was using a 2kxl as well for drums/beats..
To be honest I have been afraid to try software samplers because you know a lot of people
try it and then ditch their hardware because they think its easier..
I don't want to go out like that.
