Please help me

Every time I make a few tracks then I save the sequence it never loads the track back up when I cut it off and turn it back on. A lot of times I forget the sounds that I was using for the song and I end up trying to figure out what I used. Is there a way around this problem

Did you save the mulit, programs and samples also?

No. I didn't know that I had to do that too. If I do that will I still have to load everything back up or do I just load the sequence
