Adat card????

What are the pros and cons of this card? I have the 8 out card already,but I'm trying run all my gear into my Digi001,and do away with my console.

This will allow you to use one cable to carry 8 tracks digitaly from the 4k to the 001 and also free up the 8 analog inputs on the 001.

I have it and looking to get the 8 out...I will need to run everything thru my UA LA-2A abd 610 pre.....do u wanna make a trade?? i never use hte adat card......if youre going all digital then its perfect!
